Since the arrival of human civilization on Earth, we've achieved many groundbreaking feats in every field, including science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. However, we still lack something essential. Do you know why we are on Earth? It is because we do not truly know who we are.
We have been conferred with identities by our society and culture to carry civilization forward. That’s why we must be curious to know our true selves.
As human beings, we have two objectives in life that can be categorized into primary and secondary objectives:
Primary Objective:
In this universe, we are merely consciousness, striving to achieve emancipation in different ways. Enlightenment is the most effective way to accomplish this. That is why every individual seeks knowledge—they are essentially encouraged to do so. In this way, we can move toward perfection, which is called emancipation. It is the best path to liberating oneself.
Secondary Objective:
We act as physical bodies in the universe and engage in mundane affairs, assuming these to be the ultimate goal. For this reason, everyone is encouraged to achieve success and live an ambitious, materialistic, and imperialistic life with their kith and kin. This is why society promotes formal education, though we are essentially informal by nature.
So, observe, analyze, question, learn, and remain inquisitive—not to acquire material possessions, but to discover your true self. Be aesthetic, not imperialistic. Everything we gain along the journey is merely a medium, not the final destination.
Move toward the real destination, not the medium.
